Report Time – In un clima quasi primaverile, con il pubblico delle grandi occasioni sugli spalti del “Tazio Nuvolari” di Mantova, si è chiusa la serie che ha aperto le gare di motocross nel vecchio continente. Tim Gajser (HRC Honda MX1), Maxime Renaux (SM Action Yamaha MX2) e Pietro Razzini (Fiamme Oro Husqvarna 125cc) sono i nuovi Campioni degli Internazionali d’Italia MX EICMA series 2020!
Report Time – The Internazionali d’Italia MX EICMA Series 2020 ended today in Mantova under a warm sun that welcomed the 177 riders and the fantastic crowds. Tim Gajser (HRC Honda MX1), Maxime Renaux (SM Action Yamaha MX2) e Pietro Razzini (Fiamme Oro Husqvarna 125cc) are the new 2020 Champions of the Italian series!

SUPERFINALE – Nella gara che mette in palio ben 110.000€ di montepremi vittoria per Mitchell Evans (HRC Honda MX1), l’australiano, scattato al via alle spalle del compagno di squadra Gajser, ha attaccato la tabella rossa della MX1 e l’ha sorpassato nel corso del nono giro, prendendo la testa della gara e mantenendola fino al traguardo. Secondo sotto la bandiera a scacchi Gajser che precede Tony Cairoli (KTM RedBull Factory Racing), terzo per tutta la gara. In Campionato Gajser si conferma leader con 20 punti sul compagnino, mentre Arminas Jasikonis (Husqvarna Rockstar Energy Factory Racing) chiude la serie al terzo posto.

Gajser confirms its leadership in the Championship winning the title with 20 points on its team mate, while Arminas Jasikonis (Husqvarna Rockstar Energy Factory Racing) finish the series in third place.
Lo start della MX1
MX1 – Grande spettacolo nella prima gara dell’anno che ha visto contrapposti Tim Gajser e Tony Cairoli. Al via i due scattano davanti a tutti e curvano insieme, con lo sloveno che prende il comando ed un piccolo margine sul siciliano che lo segue con un ottimo ritmo. Nel finale Gajser allunga su Cairoli che taglia il traguardo secondo, mentre terzo termina un battagliero Ivo Monticelli (KTM Standing Construct), che rimonta dal settimo posto del primo giro. In campionato vittoria per Gajser che precede in classifica il compagno Evans e Arminas Jasikonis, autore di una caduta in gara.
MX1 – Great show in the first race of the year with Tim Gajser and Tony Cairoli riding alongside. At the start the two riders start in front of everyone, cornering together, with the Slovenian taking the lead and a small margin on the Sicilian who follows him with an excellent pace. In the final Gajser pull the gap on Cairoli who crosses the finish line second, while third ends a strong Ivo Monticelli (KTM Standing Construct), who comes back from the seventh place on the first lap. In the championship, victory for Gajser who precedes his teammate Evans and Arminas Jasikonis, who crashed during the race.
Maxime Renaux
MX2 – Gara intensissima in MX2, con Andrea Adamo (Yamaha SM Action Migliori) che sorprende tutti al via e cerca la fuga, braccato da Caleb Grothues (Suzuki RT973 MX School) e Nicholas Lapucci (KTM Steel Dr. Jack). Ma è da dietro che Mattia Guadagnini (Husqvarna Maddii Racing) crea un capolavoro, rimontando dopo una partenza non delle migliori, scalando quasi 10 posizioni, fino a prendere il comando della manche nel corso del settimo giro, mantenendolo fino al traguardo, che taglia davanti ad Adamo e Stephen Rubini (Honda Assomotor), che battaglia con il connazionale Renaux fino al traguardo, dando vita ad un duello spettacolare. In campionato Renaux vince precedendo Guadagnini di trenta lunghezze, con Adamo terzo.
MX2 – Intense race in MX2, with Andrea Adamo (Yamaha SM Action Best) who surprises everyone at the start and tried to pull the gap, hunted by Caleb Grothues (Suzuki RT973 MX School) and Nicholas Lapucci (KTM Steel Dr. Jack). But it is from behind that Mattia Guadagnini (Husqvarna Maddii Racing) creates a masterpiece, reassembling after a difficult start, climbing almost 10 positions, until he takes the lead of the heat during the seventh lap, keeping it until the finish line, crossed in front of Adamo and Stephen Rubini (Honda Assomotor), who battled with his compatriot Renaux till the end, in a spectacular duel. In the championship Renaux wins in front of Guadagnini by thirty lengths, with Adamo third.
Pietro Razzini
125 – E’ Andrea Roncoli (Husqvarna) il vincitore del terzo round della 125; il pilota piemontese si aggiudica gara uno e termina terzo in gara due, risultato che gli regala l’assoluta davanti a Pietro Razzini (Husqvarna) e Rasmus Pedersen (KTM), vincitore della seconda frazione. Razzini vince il campionato della ottavo di litro, precedendo in classifica Roncoli e Pedersen, con Andrea Bonacorsi (Fantic Racing) quarto in campionato e in gara.
125 – Andrea Roncoli (Husqvarna) is the winner of the third round of the 125 class; the young rider wins race one and finishes third in race two, a result that gives him the overall ahead of Pietro Razzini (Husqvarna) and Rasmus Pedersen (KTM), winner of the second moto. Razzini wins the eighth-liter championship, preceding Roncoli and Pedersen in the standings, with Andrea Bonacorsi (Fantic Racing) fourth both in the championship and in the race.
