Iniziata la stagione Mondiale 2020 con la prima trasferta in Inghilterra a
Matterley Basin dove i nostri ragazzi hanno dovuto fare i conti con un week end molto difficile dal punto di vista meteo e dalle abbondanti piogge che hanno condizionato il programma gare.
Debutto positivo nella MXGP per Michele Cervellin #747 che alla sua prima gara nella classe regina non si fa intimorire dai big di questo sport e già cerca di guadagnarsi un buon posto in griglia di partenza con un diciassettesimo posto nelle prove cronometrate.
Al via di gara uno Michele spunta in mezzo al gruppo e, sulla pista segnata dalle piogge del Sabato, Michele trova un buon ritmo portando a casa un positivo tredicesimo posto lasciando dietro molti big di questo sport.
Ancora punti importanti in gara due per Michele che, partito un po’ peggio, riesce comunque a chiudere diciassettesimo e tredicesimo di giornata.

Subito veloce Rubén Fernandez #70 nella MX2 dove già sabato stacca un tredicesimo tempo per l’allineamento al cancello delle gare della domenica.
Giù il cancello di gara uno Rubén parte bene nelle top ten salvo poi dover retrocedere oltre la ventesima posizione per un contatto con un altro pilota, ma Rubén è molto veloce sul terreno inglese e prima della bandiera a scacchi riesce a chiudere con un ottimo decimo posto gara uno.

The 2020 World season began with the first trip to England in Matterley Basin where our team had to deal with a very difficult weekend in terms of weather and the abundant rains that conditioned the race program.
Positive debut in MXGP for Michele Cervellin #747 who at his first race in the premier class does not get intimidated by the big names in this sport and already tries to earn a good place on the starting grid with a seventeenth place in the time practice. At the start of race one Michele appears in the middle of the group and, on the track marked by the Saturday rains, Michele finds a good rhythm bringing home a positive thirteenth place, leaving behind many big names of this sport.
Still important points in race two for Michele who, started a little worse, still manages to finish seventeenth and thirteenth of the day.
Immediately fast Rubén Fernandez #70 in MX2 where on Saturday he set off a thirteenth time for the alignment at the gate of Sunday’s races.
Down the gate of race one Rubén starts well in the top ten except then having to retreat beyond the twentieth position for contact with another rider, but Rubén is very fast on the English track and at the end of the race he manages to close with an excellent tenth place race one.
