Montevarchi, 27 Aprile 2025 – Il Miravalle di Montevarchi è stato il teatro di gara della terza prova dell’Italiano Pro Prestige 2025. La gara si è svolta tutta nella giornata di domenica, il sabato come da disposizioni del CONI è stato cancellato il programma per onorare la scomparsa di Papa Francesco.
In pista per il team il solo Julius Mikula nella Elite MX2, week end di riposo per Niccolo Mannini.
In una bella giornata di sole le prove del mattino per assegnare i posti al cancelletto di partenza hanno visto Julius chiudere con il 4° tempo del suo gruppo di qualifica.
Al via di gara uno Julius rimane intrappolato nel cancelletto a causa di uno scatto troppo repentino. Ripartito ultimo ha iniziato la sua rimonta che lo ha visto transitare al primo giro in ventesima posizione. Nel corso della gara ha continuato a macinare avversari per andare a transitare sotto la bandiera a scacchi in 9° posizione.
La seconda manche è partita meglio anche se non perfettamente. Julius al primo passaggio è transitato in settima posizione. Mantenendo un buon ritmo ha conquistato il quarto posto in pochi giri ed ha provato ad avvicinare Lupino per il terzo posto ma non ci è riuscito.
Con il 9° ed il 4° posto nelle due manche Julius nell’assoluta di giornata della Elte MX2 ha sfiorato il podio con il 4° posto. Nella classifica di campionato della Elite MX2 Julius occupa ora la terza posizione.
Prossimo appuntamento per il team la prossima settimana. Sabato 3 e domenica 4 Maggio ad Agueda si disputerà la settima prova di Mondiale e annessa a questa anche l’Europeo 125. In pista quindi entrambi i nostri piloti.

JULIUS MIKULA: “La gara di questo fine settimana si è svolta a Montevarchi. Sabato la pista era ben preparata e si aspettava la pioggia, che però non è arrivata. Di conseguenza, le condizioni domenica sono rimaste piuttosto asciutte e con molte pietre.
Nella prima manche ho anticipato la partenza e ho colpito il cancelletto. Al quarto giro ho avuto anche una piccola caduta che mi ha fatto perdere tempo. Ho concluso la manche in nona posizione. La seconda manche è andata meglio: una buona partenza e un buon ritmo per tutta la gara mi hanno portato al 4° posto, che è valso anche il 4° posto assoluto del weekend.

Montevarchi, April 27, 2025 – The Miravalle di Montevarchi was the tenders of the third test of the Italian Pro Prestige 2025. Consequently, the conditions remained rather dry on Sunday and with many stones. In the first heat I anticipated the departure and hit the gate. On the fourth lap I also had a small fall that made me waste time. I concluded the heat in ninth position. The second heat went better: a good start and a good pace for the whole race led me to 4th place, which also earned the 4th place of the weekend. A big thanks to my team and to all those who support me! “.
