Il team De Baets MX è orgoglioso di presentare la sua formazione completa per la stagione 2024. Si sapeva già che Lotte van Drunen, Tyla van de Poel e Brent van de Walle avrebbero corso per la squadra, ma recentemente anche Dex Kooiker e Benoit Paturel hanno firmato il contratto.

Kooiker è riuscito a finire terzo nella finale EMX85 a Loket lo scorso anno e può essere visto come un grande talento. L’olandese quest’anno passerà alla classe 125cc e si è ripreso bene dall’infortunio alla spalla, che lo aveva tormentato regolarmente l’anno scorso. Gareggerà al fianco di Tyla van de Poel e Brent van de Walle nel campionato EMX125 e correrà anche nella Coppa ADAC 125 e nel Dutch Masters of Motocross.
Benoit Paturel sta tornando in squadra. Insieme hanno avuto una stagione molto forte lo scorso anno e sono riusciti a ottenere diversi risultati nella top ten del Campionato del mondo MXGP. Dopo una buona conversazione, entrambe le parti hanno unito le forze e cercheranno di realizzare un’altra stagione di successo. Paturel si concentrerà principalmente sulla guida del Campionato del Mondo MXGP e potrà trasmettere la sua esperienza ai suoi compagni di squadra più giovani durante queste gare.
Il team De Baets MX inizierà la stagione il prossimo fine settimana durante il primo round del Campionato Italiano a Riola Sardo, una settimana dopo parteciperà anche alla seconda gara di questo campionato a Mantova.

Kooiker and Paturel complete the De Baets MX team line up
The De Baets MX team is proud to present its full line-up for the 2024 season. It was already known that Lotte van Drunen, Tyla van de Poel and Brent van de Walle would ride for the team, but recently @dexkooiker_484 and @benoit_paturel6 have also signed the contract.
Kooiker managed to finish third in the EMX85 final in Loket last year and can be seen as a great talent. The Dutchman is making the switch to the 125cc class this year and has recovered well from a shoulder injury, which regularly bothered him last year. He will compete alongside Tyla van de Poel and Brent van de Walle in the EMX125 Championship and will also ride the ADAC 125 Cup and Dutch Masters of Motocross.
Benoit Paturel is coming back to the team. Together they had a very strong season last year and managed to get several top ten results in the MXGP World Championship. After a good conversation, both parties have joined forces and are going for it to make it another successful season. Paturel will mainly focus on riding the MXGP World Championship and will be able to pass on his experience to his younger teammates during these races.
The De Baets MX team will start the season next weekend during the first round of the Italian Championship in Riola Sardo, a week later they will also participate in the second race of this championship in Mantova.
