L’ultimo round iridato MXGP 2021 si è svolto nuovamente a Mantova sulla sabbia del circuito Tazio Nuvolari e chiude il primo anno di sviluppo sulla nuova moto destinata al mondo del Motocross.

Jeremy Van Horebeek dopo una qualifica chiusa al diciassettesimo tempo, si è presentato al via delle gare motivato per chiudere questa stagione nel migliore dei modi e dopo due gare solide è riuscito a chiudere l’ultimo Gran Premio stagionale nella Top Ten della classe MXGP.
Al via di gara 1 Jeremy riesce a scattare bene dal cancello di partenza, con il tredicesimo posto e trovando subito un buon ritmo. Al secondo giro, riesce a guadagnare la dodicesima posizione, che riuscirà a migliorare ulteriormente nel corso dei passaggi successivi; Jeremy infatti riesce giro dopo giro a guadagnare la decima posizione, che riuscirà a mantenere fino all’ultimo giro , salvo poi dover rallentare per un problema tecnico proprio sul finale.
Al termine della manche Van Horebeek taglierà il traguardo in tredicesima posizione.
Nella seconda manche Jeremy è autore di una gara magnifica, partendo subito con il gruppo di testa e facendo registrare ottimi tempi; la nona posizione al via gli permette di poter stare con i migliori e Jeremy non delude le aspettative mantenendo il contatto coi primi e non permettendo a nessun avversario di superarlo, sua la nona posizione finale che lo proietta in decima posizione assoluta di giornata.
Jeremy Van Horebeek conclude così il suo debutto con Beta in tredicesima posizione in campionato.
Il Mondiale Motocross chiude la sua intensa stagione davanti al numeroso pubblico Italiano, che ha potuto ammirare per l’ultima volta in questo 2021 i migliori piloti al mondo della disciplina.
Daniele Marchese commenta così la gara: “Un’ultima gara complicata, ma positiva. Jeremy nelle qualifiche a causa di un problema tecnico non è riuscito ad esprimersi al meglio, ma nelle gare ha avuto la possibilità di far vedere tutto il suo potenziale. Nella prima manche Jeremy è riuscito a rimontare fino alla nona posizione, ma all’ultimo giro un inconveniente tecnico lo ha costretto a cedere alcune posizioni, nonostante ciò Jeremy è comunque riuscito a terminare al tredicesimo posto; mentre nella seconda manche abbiamo ottenuto una convincente nona posizione ad un passo da top 5. Siamo soddisfatti di questo finale di stagione, con questa ultima prova siamo quindi riusciti ad inanellare ben 7 top 10 in questo debutto dell’inedito progetto Beta; un risultato che ci rende veramente orgogliosi di questa nuova avventura, che sia solo l’inizio per un 2022 carico di soddisfazioni.”

At the end of the heat Van Horebeek will cross the finish line in thirteenth position.
In the second heat Jeremy is the author of a magnificent race, starting immediately with the leading group and setting excellent times; the ninth position at the start allows him to be with the best and Jeremy does not disappoint expectations by keeping contact with the leaders and not allowing any opponent to overtake him, his ninth final position that throws him in tenth absolute position of the day.
Jeremy Van Horebeek thus concludes his debut with Beta in thirteenth position in the championship.

Jeremy was unable to give his best in qualifying due to a technical problem, but in the races he had the opportunity to show his full potential. We are satisfied with this season finale, with this last test we were therefore able to ring 7 top 10 in this debut of the brand new Beta project; a result that makes us truly proud of this new adventure, which is just the beginning for a 2022 full of satisfactions.”
